Go to this webpage Burn subtitle into a video and upload your video file.
Click caption settings button at the bottom. Select video subtitle
for your language. Video may not contain a video subtitle files, but
you can upload any subtitle file in SRT format.
Click a settings button at the top right corner. Set your custom
subtitle settings.
Choose format to export. "Cut" button exports as a video file.
